It was fun and I liked WCCA’s up to the minute posting. Too bad their DSL crashed.
Some great insight by all. The real issue is getting more than 20% voter turn out which is really embarrassing.
The majority of people in Worcester are renters and many home owners of rental property live in the suburbs. There is little that resonates with the majority of Worcester residence and thus a low voter turn out.
As Mauro pointed out last night the issue of low voter turn out should be a priority for any honest government. 80% of Worcester’s population refrains from voting. The hard facts about that need to be raised and addressed.
It is good to such a initiative to generate excitement by WCRN and WCCA TV 13, however, I wonder if that 80% who stayed home thought so.
